Private Transfers
If you booked a private transfer with Trafalgar, do not go to the group meeting point.
Your driver will wait for you outside customs, right after the luggage claim area, holding a sign with your name.
Where to Meet Your Airport Assistant
After collecting your luggage and passing through customs, proceed to Terminal 1.

Included Transfer Steps
- 1Collect your luggage before leaving the baggage hall.
- 2Pass through customs and follow signs for Terminal 1 arrivals.

- 4Check in with the Trafalgar airport assistant, who will show you the way to the coach.
If You Miss The Coach
If you cannot make one of the included coach transfers and have not booked a private transfer, make your own way to the hotel.
Taxi: use the official white taxis just outside the arrivals lounge. The ride from Malpensa Airport to the hotel should cost about EUR 130-160 per ride, not per person.
Train Option
You can take a train from the airport to Busto Arsizio, then a second train to Baveno.
The journey takes around 2 hours and costs around EUR 10 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the train station or online at trenitalia.com.
