Where to Meet Your Airport Host
Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall
Meeting Point 3 · Green column
After you collect your luggage and pass through customs, you will enter the arrivals hall before exiting the terminal. Stay inside the terminal and look for Meeting Point 3 by the green column. Our airport hosts usually arrive about one hour before the first scheduled transfer, around 8:30.
Included Transfer Steps
- 1Collect your luggage and pass through customs before entering the public arrivals hall.
- 2Stay inside Terminal 3 and look for the green Meeting Point 3 column.
- 3Check in with the Airport Host or transfer representative before the transfer departure time.
- 4At the designated time, the representatives will take you to the coach and introduce you to the driver.
- 5Your luggage will be loaded onto the coach, then you will transfer to the hotel.
- 6The drive usually takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour, depending on the hotel location and traffic.
Outside Transfer Times
If you arrive outside the included transfer times or outside the scheduled arrival day, please make your own way into the city.
Hotel Arrival
Official hotel check-in time is normally 15:00.
We will do everything we can to help get rooms ready earlier where possible. If your room is not ready, you can store your luggage at the hotel and go out to explore.
Important Luggage Note
