Luggage Out Time
Luggage-out time will be listed on our daily reminders post, which I will send each morning via our WhatsApp Community. At that time, please place one suitcase per person outside your room in the hallway, with the red luggage tag clearly attached.
Red Luggage Tag Placement
Please attach the red Trafalgar luggage tag to the top handle of your suitcase. This helps me quickly identify your bag and ensure it is loaded correctly for transport.
✓ Make sure the tag is clearly visible and securely fastened before placing your bag in the hallway.
No Extra Items Attached
For security reasons, please do not attach any extra items to your suitcase. The following cannot be transported with your tagged bag:
- Hand luggage or carry-on bags
- Tote bags or shopping bags
- Pillows or cushions
- Any other loose items
Only the tagged suitcase will be transported. We cannot take responsibility for items that are not properly secured to your bag.
Carry-Ons and Handbags on the Coach
If your carry-on or handbag is too large to fit under your seat or in the overhead space, please place it in the luggage compartment between the two coach doors when boarding. This keeps the aisle clear and everyone comfortable.
Arrival at the Hotel
When we arrive at each hotel, please ensure you take all hand luggage and handbags off the coach with you. Your tagged suitcase will be delivered directly to your room - usually within 1 hour of arrival.
✓ No need to worry about your main bag - just take your valuables and essentials with you on arrival.
