For guests who register interest on tour and later place a fully flexible deposit, this extra benefit can be added to a future booking.

Pay the fully flexible deposit within 15 days once a new reservation has been made.

Use the next 12 months to choose the right tour and departure date.

Fully flexible deposit: USD/CAD/AUD 200 per person, or ZAR 3,000 per person in South Africa. If plans change before final payment, the deposit can become a credit held on file for up to five years.

What is the Global Tour Rewards program?

Everyone who travels with us is automatically enrolled, giving you 5% savings on eligible future tour land portions, early access to selected offers, referral rewards and recognition on future trips.

Do I need to book now?

No. The interest form is commitment-free, and the fully flexible deposit gives you up to 12 months to choose the tour and travel date.

What is a fully flexible deposit?

It keeps your bonus benefit attached while you decide. If plans change before final payment, it becomes a credit held on file for up to five years.

What if I miss the 15-day window?

The extra on-tour bonus is lost if the deposit is not paid in time. Your Global Tour Rewards membership and normal member savings still continue.

This voucher can be used towards the purchase of an Optional Experience while on your next guided tour. Optional Experiences are sold in local currency of the destination. Value will be converted into local currency at the spot rate by your Travel Director. +Global Tour Rewards: Past travellers of Insight Vacations, Trafalgar, Brendan Vacations, Costsaver, Contiki, AAT Kings and Inspiring Journeys) receive a Global Tour Reward (GTR) of 5% savings on future tours booked with deposit. The GTR 5% savings is valid on the land portion; savings is not valid on all trips and/or departures, airfare, surcharges, taxes, extensions, optional experiences, or extra night accommodations, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
