WHAT IS THE GLOBAL TOUR REWARDS PROGRAM?
Everyone that travels with us is automatically enrolled in our Global Tour
Rewards program, which gives you access to exclusive member only
pricing and special offers across all Travel Corporation (TTC) Tour Brands.
WHEN DO I NEED TO PAY THE DEPOSIT BY AFTER I HEAR FROM YOU?
We will be in touch with you within 2 weeks of your tour ending. Then,
once we send you your deposit payment link, you have 10 days to pay the
deposit before the offer expires. Once the deposit has been paid, standard
payment terms apply.
IF I SELECT TO TOUR AGAIN BUT DON’T KNOW WHICH TRIP, WHEN DO
I NEED TO DECIDE ON MY TOUR?
We will contact you with a payment link deposit within 2 weeks from your
tour ending. Once you’ve paid your deposit you will have 2 more weeks
to decide on your next tour. If you still haven’t decided – no worries, your
additional benefits will be forfeited however your deposit is flexible and
transferable to use at a later stage.
WHAT IF I COMMIT TO A SPECIFIC TRIP ON TOUR BUT I CHANGE MY MIND?
No problem! Our standard booking conditions apply meaning that you
can change your trip or departure date until final payment is made.

WHAT IF I WANT MY TRAVEL ADVISOR TO HANDLE MY BOOKING?
We’ll pass on all your booking details to the Travel Advisor that you
booked with your current tour.
WHAT IF I DECIDE TO TAKE UP THE BENEFITS ONLY AFTER THE TOUR ENDS?
This is an exclusive limited time offer only available when you choose to
travel again whilst on trip. However, no matter when you decide to book
again, as a valued guests, you are automatically part of our Global Tour
Rewards Program and can access special member only pricing all year
round. Simply speak to your last booking agent for more details.
WHEN WILL I GET MY OPTIONAL EXPERIENCES VOUCHER?
Your Optional Experience Voucher will be noted on your booking and
you will receive it with travel e-documents 30 days prior to trip.
