Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall
Meeting Point 3 · Green column
After you collect your luggage and pass through customs, you will enter the arrivals hall before exiting the terminal. Stay inside the terminal and look for Meeting Point 3 by the green column. Our airport hosts arrive about one hour before the first scheduled transfer.

Located in a peaceful residential area. If you arrive early, the hotel offers two excellent restaurants and a bar where you can grab a bite. There is also a pharmacy nearby for any last-minute essentials.
Please meet me in the hotel lobby at 16:30 for our departure on the orientation drive. This is when we meet for the first time as a group, so come a few minutes early, say hello, and we will head out together for our first look at Rome.
Luggage can be stored securely at hotel reception from the moment you arrive. Head out and explore unburdened — Villa Doria Pamphili is right next door.
The largest public park in Rome is just a short walk from the hotel. Its gardens and quiet paths make it a gentle way to shake off the journey before the tour begins.
The hotel gift shop is your hub for shuttle tickets and essentials. For medical travel items, a pharmacy is located nearby on Via Aurelia Antica.
Step into the hotel bar for a quick espresso. If you are hungry, the hotel restaurant is a comfortable place to start your Italian food journey.

Originally commissioned by Emperor Hadrian as a mausoleum, this towering cylindrical fortress later served as a papal castle. The views of St. Peter's Basilica from the rooftop terrace are spectacular.
Cross the river to wander through Rome's most charming bohemian quarter. Known for its ivy-draped cobbled alleys, vibrant evening atmosphere, and excellent traditional trattorias.
The only island in the part of the Tiber which runs through Rome. Shaped like a boat, it's connected by two of the oldest bridges in the city and is perfect for a scenic afternoon stroll.
